requirements had no mutual requirements to other agencies. Provided with a staff of 14 highly skilled technologists and a nine-month timeline to complete the designs and
begin implementations. Engineered new consolidated design
and obtained acceptance from all Agencies in first month. “Leadership, Influence, Innovation, Overcome Huge Opposition, Implemented World’s Largest Email” Ø Engineered a new infrastructure that supported
